Realtor Wish List

If you are getting ready to buy or sell a home, now is a great time to think about what you want in a Realtor. 

Ethos Real Estate West has a free download that helps you think about how best your Realtor can help you in the selling or buying process. While being compatible with your Realtor personality-wise is important, there are other factors to being happy with the relationship you have with your Realtor. 

1. What, in your mind, makes a Realtor excellent? If we don't know what your expectations are, it may be difficult to meet them. How can we give you exemplary service?

2. How do you want us to communicate with you? Is it easier to reach you via email vs a phone call? Do you mostly text? We would be happy to accommodate your most convenient mode of communication.

3. Do you have a timeframe for moving? Let's work together to meet that goal!

SELLERS: We like to give you weekly updates. What day of the week is most convenient for you? How often would you like us to reevaluate your listing price? How often would you like us to provide you with marketing result updates?

BUYERS: How often would you like us to send you new listings-ASAP, Daily, or Weekly? If you found a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) that you were interested in, would you like your Realtor to work on your behalf? What is your general availability for home showings? 

And finally, we would like to know what your biggest concern with a Realtor is. How can we make sure you're comfortable with us as we help you navigate the home buying or selling process?

Choosing a Realtor can be stressful, but once you have chosen one, the real fun begins! Hopefully by filling out the Realtor Wish List, we can make sure we meet and exceed your expectations and help your transaction to go as smoothly as possible.
